I greatly appreciated the customer service I received. When I called it took them no more than 20 minutes to get to my house. My key broke off in my door and not only did they remove the broken key but they made me a new one all in less than 30 minutes.

Awesome place to get key duplicates. Any other place I went didn't have the key or made the wrong copy. At cousins kiosk, not only they had the appropriate key, but they made 3 copies in less than 3 minutes (all of them working perfectly). Very professional. From now on, this is the place for any key duplicates. Very pleased.

I cannot recommend Angelo highly enough! I swanned in needing something engraved with stupidly little notice and he kindly accommodated me, which I'm so very grateful for. I went to Concord Lock Smith without knowing if I would be able to make a duplicate key for my 1959 British car. I tried to get it done in different places since I only got one key from the previous owner of the car, but it was not successful. I was so lucky that they found the exact key just like the original to cut a 2nd key. They we very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a duplicate of a rare key
