Awesome place to get key duplicates. Any other place I went didn't have the key or made the wrong copy. At cousins kiosk, not only they had the appropriate key, but they made 3 copies in less than 3 minutes (all of them working perfectly). Very professional. From now on, this is the place for any key duplicates. Very pleased.

Made two copies of my home key, and they were not even close to resembling my key. Went back after chatting with support rep, tried it again and still could not get them to work. I ended up going to Minute Key and those worked great!!!!

The service to copy my chip key was excellent ONCE I LOCATED THE KIOSK. The web site address is not an adequate direction to find a standalone kiosk in a very large shopping mall. The live help was looking at the same info that I found online so no help there, I had given up and walked back to my car in the parking structure from a different location and stumbled across the kiosk in the parking structure.

It was very quick to get my new keys. Great self service concept to key copying. The standard keys printed right away and the custom keys took a few days to arrive in the mail. I wish the machine indicated that custom keys would arrive in the mail and not tell me at the end after I paid for them.
