I went at noon today to get my new remotes programmed and the keys cut for my 08 Pontiac G6. The owners spent a good amount of time but unfortunately there is something wrong with my car and is not accepting the programing. At this point they already cut the keys and make a copy for my home key as well. They ended not charging me for anything because they were unable to satisfy my entire needs. Usually I don’t put reviews but this people are really great and responsible. We all the community should always support this small business. They gained one loyal customer for sure. Easy way to get keys cut. Having the account access to ensure you're never locked out doesn't hurt. Machines where I was need a little maintaining, but it's a minor gripe.

On a Saturday night when I was locked out, Mike was unavailable by phone but communicated via text and was very responsive with cost and that he would be able to come shortly - which he did. He was here in less time than it took others to respond to my call for help - in addition to his responsiveness and upfront quote, he was very professional, efficient, and kind . Besides getting here quickly and getting me back into my condo, Mike took the time to take apart the doorknob that has been loose for some time and tightened it. Thank YOU, Mike!!!!

Mike got me out of a terrible bind. I was locked out of my car and given the runaround by a few other locksmiths before I called Mike. He answered the phone personally, then left a job early so I wouldn’t have to wait as long. He was professional and kind, kept me posted on his ETA, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He opened my car quickly and provided helpful advice. Even at weekend rates, the service was affordable. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a locksmith!
