Had old safe opened by them, combination was kinda stuck. They ransacked contents, and cut open a lock box that was inside, all valuables inside missing. I shouldn’t have trusted them to open it, they did,not have permission to open lockbox,....I should have insisted on being there when it was opened. Sad you can’t trust anyone anymore!

Recently I desperately needed assistance obtaining access to my vehicle. The battery had died rendering my key fob useless. I did not have a physical door key. I called some other locksmiths, to no avail. I searched my MAP app for a new locksmith and I found 123 Lock & Key, LLC. The guy I spoke with was very friendly. He quoted me a price that beat all the others, hands down. He arrived very fast and was very knowledgable as well as professional. My 3 dogs even liked the guy, especially after obtaining my permission, had a treat for each of them. He had the door opened in a flash. He informed me that he could even cut me a physical key as well. I have found my new locksmith !! I would recommend these guys to anyone including my mother.

Justin is an amazing professional down to earth guy! He does whatever he can do help out, and if he doesn't will go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. He goes above and beyond! Hard to find hard professional and courteous people. Justin is definitely one of them!

The battery died in my F150. So, my keypad was dead as well. Obviously the keys were locked inside. I called 123 lock and key and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. 2 helpful and friendly men got my truck unlocked AND jumped my battery. They charged a fair price of $50. I would definitely call them again.
