I just bought a car and got a good deal, so I was in a good mood when i pulled up in front of A&B. I walked in and told him I needed some keys made and gave him the key to the car I needed made. He scoffed ( i wish i could describe his demeanor better) and asked how many. I answered. He shrugged his shoulders like I was an idiot and asked, what kind of car. I answered. He shrugged his shoulders again like I'm withholding all kinds of information from him and said......and does it have a chip. I said I didn't know that I was hoping he could tell me. He asked me what year it was, again, like he can't believe I haven't told him yet. It was at this point that I realized I could get a key made elsewhere and not have to put up with being talked down to. I took my key and left.

The females here are amazing. The male charged me a totally different price than she did. That’s not cool at all. I will never go back here.

Accidentally left our bike lock key at home he came fast but it was way over priced for the 10 second cut of the chain. 55 dollars to cut a wire seems pretty pricey to me.

My 1 and 3 year old got locked in our car these guys were prompt. Got there in about 3 minutes and only took him a minute to get the keys. Really appreciate the swift service!
