Caution: this is not going to be a fast visit. There are usually only one, maybe two, people there. Which is more than enough most of the time. But at busy times be prepared to wait. That said, they know their business. We’ve used them mostly for screen repairs for iPhones. But we’ve purchased numerous batteries from them over the years as well. Always a positive experience.

The staff was actively hostile and completely unhelpful. Absolutely awful customer service experience. I am never shopping here again and will strongly recommend that my friends and family do the same. Zero stars would still be too high of a score.
