Called at 4 AM because I locked my keys inside of my apartment. The man who answered the phone was extremely, extremely rude. He told me that it would be $250 for him to let me in my apartment, when just the door knob lock needed to be opened. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer in my life. After reading all these reviews, I guess I’m not the first one. Why is your business listed as being open 24 hours, if you are not available for service 24 hours a day?! I guess he must be able to extort some customers.
