Could not get key programed. Said the battery was bad. We bought a new battery he then said it was not charged. Charged it. He now will not answer the phone.

Better have the right amount of cash for the machine. It won’t take over the amount AND Walmart won’t give out change. ((Get change machines if you’re not going give out change)) I’ll never use these machines again. At least give out change so when the amount equals $6.00 and someone puts in a $10.00, it works. Sooo dumb. I’d rather give zero stars.
