Generally in shock about the things I was told in there. Completely unsatisfying. I was told an outright lie twice. The reason to which I would love to know. It's at times like these I'm grateful for the internet. The knowledge that can be shared and how small it's made our world. I'm much happier shipping my lock through the post and doing business elsewhere.
