I recently needed to have my car towed. The service was very prompt and professional. I didn't have to wait very long at all. This is a great business and I would absolutely recommend them to anybody in need of the services they offer.

I called to get a new key for my car at 730 and they said I couldn’t be helped until 4 the next day. This is supposed to be an emergency and 24/7 hour service. Then tried to quote me $400 for a 2012 Chevy impala. Then when i looked up the pricing on average how much key replacements should be, it’s normally 75-200 bucks. Total price gouging

I was blown away by their service! Excellent communication, fast, and professional. Most locksmiths service would stop there but not them. He asked questions on why I couldn’t use my keypad. He then came back the next day and helped me recover my keypad code for no additional cost. I will never be in this situation again. Very thankful!

Ben is fantastic! He went out of his to not only rekey a vehicle and house but also make additional copies and ship them to me for backups. Can’t recommend the customer service enough!

Called at 6:10 am to request somebody drive to lindsborg to help me get into my car. Person who answered said that since I was the first person to call today that it might be a little bit and asked me when I needed to get in my car. I said within a couple of hours is preferable and he said no problem. No contact until I called back at 8:00 am. Person who answered the phone said they were about ready and would be on their way within an hour. So I waited till 9:00 am to call them back and no answer, called again, no answer. After 15 minutes I called again. No answer. So I left a voicemail telling them I found somebody else in McPherson to do it. Would have been a nice check for ya, too. Too bad. I'm a nice and patient person, but this is ridiculous... 3 + hours on an emergency basis? I understand you have to travel, but that's the job. Charge me for the miles, whatever man!
