I used this machine 8 days ago; I was told that my key is a specialty key and that I would need to order the copy, even though I have had this key copied just fine at other copiers before. After 8 days (over the 3-5 days the kiosk said it should take), my key arrived in the mail and it does not work. I'm no locksmith, but by inspection there are 3 areas on my key that were copied incorrectly. I even checked the kiosk again to see if it scanned improperly the first time, but it once again said that the key is specialty and would take 3-5 more days. Edit: Customer service got back to me and registered a refund.

Keys don’t work. This is the second time I’ve had this experience now and won’t be making a third time. I’ll pay a locksmith for their time and professionalism.

AAA sent this company to me for a dead battery issue. I'm giving them 2 stars because they were quick to respond and did fix the simple issue. However- neither person wore a mask, did not social distance, and one of them coughed while holding the paperwork that I then had to fill out and sign. My husband is military and we can't risk our house getting sick.

Joshua came and did an AMAZING job. He treated my car like it was his. It is a Fiat convertible. Girly. But he told me it looked like a great car and showed me some things on it to ease my mind about it getting fixed. Its vulnerable to need help with your car and he really helped me feel better. Girlfriend called AAA for clutch issues, driver shows up with no mask, drove our car full speed into the truck bed and popped a piece of the front bumper off. Driver was a nice dude however.
