I called this business due to it's positive ratings to come to my house for a broken key in a door lock. The technician didn't make any attempt to remove the broken key. He said he would have to replace the lock. Our lock was keyed from the exterior and interior. He replaced it with one that only was keyed on the exterior. I told him I didn't want that and he said "see, it locks". I explained it's a safety issue. So he then installed a dual lock. He had trouble installing it. He then installed it upside down and the metal around the core moves around. He also removed the plate on the wall where the deadbolt inserts and left it off. I had left cc info because I had to leave for work before it was completed. The charge was $240 and the lock he used was a cheap $16 set. I called the company twice to speak with a supervisor and no one called me back. Very unhappy with this company.

We replaced our ignition after losing our keys, only to find out it triggered our security system flashing codes that the keys needed to be programmed to the truck. I called in and the operator was very patient and hospitable with me as I looked for the requested information. Igor was the responding technician who has returned my call in less than 10min and perfectly arrived in his quoted ETA over the phone. He was very polite and informative and extremely fast with the job. I've never had such a fast and successful experience as this was. Dispatch was quick and technician arrived quickly. However I believe I was grossly overcharged and the technician didn't seem to want to be there. I was locked out of my garage and was told the lock couldn't be picked. So instead the lock had to be drilled and destroyed. Costs me about 30 more than what I was quoted for a residential lockout. How does drilling and destroying a lock cost more than picking it? For what I was charged I could easily have bought a whole new drill and bit and done the job myself. Kind of disappointed by the price and the attitude the technician had. EDIT. I understand locks have to drilled, that's not what I'm upset about. It's the arrogance of the technician and the owner apparently. After reading tons of their reviews the owner almost always responds but many times in a condescending way. Very arrogant and off putting...
