I made a mistake and called Sparks locksmith first, because they were the closest. I was out in the cold, and wanted fast service . They didn't say what the cost would be, while on the phone . When the tech arrived, the first thing out of his mouth was" $150. for service call,and $79. to open yor car"!! There was a heated discussion about his ethics. I'm old and he thought I was going to be a push over.Surprise!!! After he left I called Lock Doctor ,and Jennifer told me up front that the run would be $45. Lock Doctor's tech was very cordial an funny. Great people, and very ethical. Can't say enough good about them. Do business with them, you won't regret it. Have a blessed day

Excellent customer service! Called ahead to get a quote. Arrived, presented my ID and proof of ownership and was out the door in 10 minutes with 2 freshly cut keys. Michael was professional, friendly and efficient. Definitely the place to go for all of your key replacement or lock issue needs. Very competitively priced. Give them a call. I walked into the Lock Doctor with the hope of getting a key made for my 2006 Honda Pilot and I was amazed with the service I received.
