The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The technician told me there was no charge, when I asked them to bill me. I later got a message saying I was going to have my details sent to the police. I called to clear the situation and talked to the rudest lady ever that pretty much in her own words said that I was lying the technician told them I didn’t pay

Two keys cut wrong because of my error and they fully refunded the purchase price. Great experience speedy responses and professional level of service. I’ll be using this kiosk in the future, and I plan on telling my neighbors to do the same.
