The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The technician told me there was no charge, when I asked them to bill me. I later got a message saying I was going to have my details sent to the police. I called to clear the situation and talked to the rudest lady ever that pretty much in her own words said that I was lying the technician told them I didn’t pay

The kiosk was super easy to use. Even though my key was not available at the self serve kiosk. I was able to digitally scan the key, have it made remotely and then delivered to my address. The keys work perfectly and where delivered in 4 days. 5 star.

Horrible place will never go back. My family has been doing business with them for over 30 years and it's steadily been declining since Bill no longer runs the place. Tried telling me 500 copies I needed to print would cost them $400. I held my laughter till I made it outside. Well it's off to Kinko's for the copies and I'll give all my other hardware store needs to J-town Hardware.

Rented a dingo from them as I have before however, this time the lever broke off while just starting to use the machine. My time is very limited and have only one day that I'm off work and able to use the machine so this could've been big issue. Ben was absolutely great! He had me send picture of lever and he ordered the part, it came in the following week. Ben allowed me to hold onto machine through weekend as well to get my work completed and it worked out perfectly, got all my work done in one day. This is a great place to rent equipment and rest assured Ben will take care of you if you have a problem, Thank You Dieruf's hardware!

I'm visually impaired so I required assistance finding what I needed to buy. The evening I visited the store, the employees who waited on me seemed a bit miffed or upset. This is the 1st time I've ever noticed any sort of an attitude problem. I've done business here for over 20 years. Maybe it was a bad day when I last visited. I WILL return in the future. This business ALWAYS has had what I needed and the advice is always very helpful. A great place to buy HARDWARE. Much better than any big box chain store. I'm sure I'll give 2 more stars after my next visit.
