Called yesterday and made appointment for today to have new key fob programmed. Called company after technician did not show up 2 hours past appointment. Was told they would call tech and remind him of appt. Called again 6 hours past appointment time to cancel appointment. Was told I would be charged a $29 service fee for tech’s time. Told person tech hadn’t done anything nor showed up so will not pay “ service fee”. Person then told me they are a 24/7 service and they could still come out. Told her no and not paying a fee. She hung up on me. Will now look for a professional locksmith

Only issue I had is they didn't have all NFL teams so I couldn't get the NFL team I wanted. But the entire process was very easy and the keys worked great.

Called over 2 hrs ago and get told that she will call tech and call me back he finally showed up and did a great job just took for ever

I’ve been waiting for almost forty minutes so far and they still aren’t here. They are located less than five min away from where I locked my keys in my car so I don’t know why it’s taking so long. Really don’t want to know how long it’d take if I was further away. Will probably never use them again but will update when they finally arrive and how much it is. (Waiting this long in the hot sun when they’re less than 5 away should at least get me a discount I mean geez) UPDATE: ended up calling to cancel because I waited over an hour for them to show up and nobody showed. Absolutely ridiculous. Pop a lock is the way to go people!!! I’ve never had a problem with them and they always show up in less than 20. I wanted to try this place out though since google maps said they were located so close to me but I will never go through them again. They also hung up on me when I called to cancel so that was great
