I went to this location to get a copy of a set of my car key and alarm for my car. First, I want to say that the courtesy of customer service does not exist at this place. Second, the guy checked to see if he could do both the alarm and car key but since the key and alarm to my car are computer coded he couldn't do an original one for the brand of my car, so he told me to check with him 4 days later to see if he could do a universal copy of both the key and alarm. So I contacted him on the fourth day and identified myself, and I told him that I was following up about my car key and he didn't "remember" at all that I had gone to him about my key and alarm and I I tried to jot his memory and I told him that he was going to check to see if he can do a universal key for my type of car (because you know you can forget things and then remember right? I was giving him the benefit of the doubt), but nothing he supposedly didn't remember and then he tells me, let me check and since I have your mobile number I will call you back, that was last Friday. I'm still waiting for Steve to call me back. I am definitely going to go to another locksmith that DOES want my business and provides good customer service. Do not go here to have your copies of keys and alarms done. I will be searching for another place and will let you know my experience.

DONT USE THIS PLACE VERY rude guy at the front desk seems to be the owner is very rude doesn’t seem to remember things I will never use this place again please stay far away from this place and these people very rude unprofessional and very well over priced
