I called this company from a city I do not live in, and a bunch of foreigners answered. They didnt help me properly and wanted me to give them an address of my location of which I didnt know. If they were professional enough they would have known how to do that instead of asking me to hang up and google it and then call them back! I've never had a company ask me to do such a thing before. Then called me over and over like a telemarketer would call me. This was on the same night. Then, lo and behold on Tuesday morning I get a call again about a locksmith! What?! I just have no more words for this...

To follow-up on the negative reviews I left Lowes and Home Deport last night (Feb. 11), I visited True Value of Lawrenceburg (the town I reside in) this morning to find a space heater, and they had a relative nice selection. Again, Lowes and Home Depot had none---despite telling me otherwise over the phone---plus True Value's customer service was astronomically better! It is a shame that two big national home improvement stores have such tacky customer service and limited "seasonal" options.
