I needed to get a hold of a locksmith as my car key broke in half. I searched online and tried another place but they didn't do re keying after hours. So I tried to call Dave's Locksmith. They are advertised 24 hours on Saturday and Google shows that they are open until 12 AM. So tried calling multiple times. Each time it says his mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. I tried texting it, figuring this maybe a mobile phone. I also sent a message through their website. So far, haven't heard a response. I was hesitant to use them because I once locked my keys in my car and needed someone and couldn't get a hold of Dave's Locksmith either then and ended up using someone else. I'm glad there are positive reviews out there and maybe he is nice and does great work. But so far my experience is not great because I couldn't get a hold of him at the times I needed it. Willing to give him the benefit of the doubt but so far not a good experience and if others are having the same experience as me then I can not recommend them at all. I hope my experience isn't a common one.

Car trouble while visiting the Lincoln area… Mark, the owner worked on it Monday and fixed the starter and I was back on the road by Monday afternoon! Excellent customer service, quality work in a timely manner and Mark even checked to make sure I got home! Highly recommend Mount’s Automotive in Lincoln!!!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. 8am on a Saturday with a dead battery on a vehicle I did not have the tools to take out the battery. Mount's arrived within 30 minutes, as they said they would. 35 minutes later, I had a new battery and a running vehicle ready to complete the day's work. Mounts was amazing. We had car trouble late night on I55. Before 8 am, Mark had a plan to get us back on the road quickly. He provided updates on the progress and was more than fair on the price. Additionally, he drove me back to the hotel so I could wait there and delivered my car when it was done.
