Had a very pleasant experience with their office staff, and Jeremiah (who was our locksmith) was super efficient with the install of 4 new locks. Would highly recommend JT's Keys & Locks! Customer service was incredible! They were Super efficient, rekeyed my many doors, and swapped out handles. Technician worked fast, but took time understanding what I needed and posed a few different beneficial options to me. Will go back for any future lock needs, that's for sure.
