I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

The store had the battery I was looking for in stock for my small generator. My only issue why my rating is not a 10, because it was a little more costly in the store then the prices I saw on line. I realize that brick and motor stores drive higher prices then online purchases. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I was sold two batteries with different manufacture dates, when my batteries are used in tandem I much prefer two batteries with the same dates. Also the batteries were over a year old when purchased (not new in my opinion). Not to mention the salesman could not have cared less about my concern

Needed a car battery and very surprised that they have everything from car batteries to the batteries that go into my garage door opener! I know they have more, as the store is packed with goodies, but they were not only close but had just what I needed both times I needed them. I will check with Batteries Plus from now on first.
