So easy and 100% accurate = total success. - What did I need? Dad had an old 'fireproof safe' where he kept 'Important Papers' -- i.e. His service records, immunization details, family heritage info, etc. Since he was getting more forgetful. I chose to proactively have a back up key made. - I had seen the 'KeyMe' kiosk at our grocery store every time I checked out. I always wondered if it would be a good solution. I - GOOD NEWS! IT IS! - While a blank for the type of key I wanted to copy was not 'in stock' at the machine I choose, I was still able to submit an order. THEN a perfect / fully functioning / good quality key arrived in the mail a few days later. - I ABSOLUTELY would recommend this service to friends and family without hesitation.

After stopping by two other locksmiths with no luck, I popped into Redford Lock to ask about a replacement tailpiece for a Baldwin lock to convert my double cylinder lock into one capable of working with the August Smart Lock. The man behind the counter was helpful and polite, locating just the part I needed in just a couple of minutes from a grainy photo I had on my phone. When I tried to pay, he wouldn't let me! I'll definitely be back when I have larger (paying :) ) jobs. Couldn't be happier with the service I received -- and yes, the part worked!

Drew did a great job, getting me in right away and then in figuring out how to rework our "lost key" deadbolt. The electronics made the task a bit daunting, and he was up to the challenge. He even printed out the 15-page user's manual - icing on the cake. And all at a very reasonable price, to boot.
