Great service - arrived quickly and had all the locks changed in no time - provided as many extra keys as I needed and offered some suggestions to make the house more secure. A non- stressful, exactly what you needed service. What I concept in this day and age. No extra things to fix up after he left, and no trips to the store to get more keys made. Highly recommended!

Locked my only set of keys in my car. Since the lock/unlock button is located in the center console and there are no physical locks on the inside, I was unable to get into my car on my own. I called Metro Locksmith and spoke to someone immediately who was very polite. Super quick same day request on the weekend. Very inexpensive for installing a new deadbolt in a metal door, and changing out multiple locks. Very nice. He was on time (we were 8 minutes late to our own appointment. SORRY!) Thank you!

Today I have experienced excellent customer service from Rob, he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have been having issues with my ignition switch in my 02 4Runner. After a few trips to the dealer, I was hitting a dead end. One phone call to Rob, the part was ordered, once it arrived, he installed it in a matter of minutes! Oh, the amount of headaches I have had trying to giggle the key to start the car, especially when you have two little ones in tow. I would highly recommend Rob and I am very appreciative for the work he did for me today!
