Locked my only set of keys in my car. Since the lock/unlock button is located in the center console and there are no physical locks on the inside, I was unable to get into my car on my own. I called Metro Locksmith and spoke to someone immediately who was very polite. They said someone would be there shortly. 15 minutes later, the locksmith arrived, and he got into my car in less than 90 seconds. Very friendly, polite, and reasonably priced (

Scammers! Quote you one price on the phone. Then make up every ridiculous, illogical excuse to cheat you huge on the final bill. I'm talking like an initial estimate of around $100 but a final bill of over $150. Definitely do not posses the values of this country! Why can't you give negative stars?

Will not recommend this company to anybody!!! After conversation over the phone got one pricing ($20 for operator and $30 starting price for opening the car), but when operator arrived he told me that it’s gonna cost me $150!!! When I called back and spoke with the manager he told me that it’s discounted price and it cost much more to open the car because the operator is highly professional and it involves technologies to open the car!!! Locked vehicle was 2006 Chevy Avalanche and all what operator have done was using small pump to make a gap on the door and then using home made tool (if you can call piece of rob a tool) and pull the handle from inside! It took him 1 min to open the car. I am thankful to operator, but the company is “raping” with the prices and lying about technologies involved etc.

Cheates. says $19 for drive-in and $30 for minimum fee.. job done in 2 mins and they charged $189.. professional cheaters.. i strongly recommend not to take this service..
