Peter the person I'd spoken with, started off immediately, gave me a fair estimate of when he would arrive and then called to update me on his progress. My Job Locksmith was a great pleasure to deal with. I told him that I was in a rush and needed someone to open my lock within the next hour. He was in the area so he came within twenty minutes as promised. It took him around ten minutes to open the lock and gave me a good deal on the price as well. He was super quick, professional and offered a very friendly service at a good price. Strongly endorsed!!

I spoke to a man on the phone and he said he would have someone give me a call.. I NEVER GOT A CALL. Then I received 3 voicemails almost A WEEK LATER!! Not good at all, I’m lucky I had someone reliable to call. I don’t think they should be in business anymore if they clearly can’t make their customers a priority. Especially in a business like this where people are relaying on them.

Took a barrel key there that was real hard to open a safe cabinet with. The gentleman fixed my key so it works perfect. And did not charge me. Very seldom will that happen. Thank you.
