Contacted Tony about a consultation on upgrading security on my sliding patio door. He took one look and told me I could handle the job myself and directed me on what to use. He didn't try to sell me any products or services I didn't need. He also took the time, pro bono to take a look at some other security improvements on an exterior door. He probably spent at least a half an hour on his own dime. He was friendly and professional. Thanks Tony, I appreciate your time.

Great company with amazing experience .Philip helped me and he was an absolute gem. I was a dummy and got a house key stuck in my ignition. He came through just a few hours later after his other calls but I was happy he could help me as soon as possible. He was so great and acted with urgency. They helped me replace my damaged car door lock, and also gave me the flexibility of using a part provided by me. The cost of everything was competitively priced, but the quality of service would have you think that they were the most expensive in town! My Job Locksmith gave great customer service and provided an awesome job all the way around. My job was dispatched immediately. John gave me a return phone call with an estimated time of arrival. He showed up within 30minutes. He examined the lock and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give options for a solution. John replaced the lock, made sure it was working, and made adjustments where necessary. He even cleaned up the wood chips after he was done! The lock works great and the price was very reasonable.

John showed up within 20 min of calling, got me into my car in less than one minute and where friendly and affordable. Wish more people had this quality of service and speed in other industries around. Also, my car was kind of risky for them to get into, because of the way the glass is setup it could've broken but they got in without a scratch when other people said it couldn't be done on my model over the phone.

I also was concerned when I could not find the key. Then I remembered that a picture was made of my key back and front. They could actually make a key from the picture. I finally found my key. John was very responsive to my issue. He was professional, friendly and worked within my schedule to resolve my problem- a key had broken off in a lock. He had told me that the lock was no longer made, which almost required me to purchase a new file cabinet. Instead, he got creative and salvaged the lock and made a key to fit the old lock. I love my mid century modern file cabinet and I’m so grateful he salvaged the lock and made it usable once more. I highly recommend My Job Locksmith.
