Don't go here if you want to be treated like a human! Horrible service, made it very clear I was inconveniencing them. Left a streak of WD40 down my door and my ignition and verbally assaulted me when it was time to check out. Still, I would be OK paying that high of a price if I didn't have to go to the car wash too!

RIDICULOUS PRICES!!! COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!! I had a bent key for my roof rack. The man there said he would have to do a bunch of stuff and it would cost at least $25! I drove to ACE Hardware in Lake Oswego (SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!). The young man put my key in the vice and straightened it and made me a duplicate. Less than 5 minutes and only $2.99 out the door! This DR Davis Lock and Safe shack is an utter and complete rip off. I truly make an effort to use small business. But at an 800%+ markup?!? Not happening. And, for those that need micro-chipped keys...the prices at ACE are incomparable! And, turns out ACE stores are independently owned! So, I did good!

There is no shortage of words to explain how good this place is. Even though it's a very small building they have maximized the use very efficiently. They have so many things available for keys and locks etc. The owner is so personable and helpful it's unusual these days. We hung around for 10 more minutes just because he was so nice to talk to.

Mark runs a wonderful locksmith service. He is prompt and very kind, not to mention the best deal you are going to find in the area. His prices don’t even compare to everyone else’s lockouts. I appreciate his service very much. I have called him twice now to help unlock my vehicle. About a month ago I called a different company and ended up paying twice what Mark charges. I highly recommend his services. Thank you Mark for being so budget friendly and being quick to help out!

What I needed was minor, with the exception of needing a replacement lock on my steel screen door. The house door lock just needed adjusting. My bill was $322. Three times I requested an itemized bill but I was ignored. I will not return to them nor recommend them.

Great company with amazing experience .Philip helped me and he was an absolute gem. I was a dummy and got a house key stuck in my ignition. He came through just a few hours later after his other calls but I was happy he could help me as soon as possible. He was so great and acted with urgency.
