Moved into a new house and needed to change the locks. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I called them to get pricing for locks, and they charged a little bit higher than their competitors. I ended up buying my Schlage locks from Lowes and had them do the installation. I talked with them over the phone while I was buying the locks to make sure I was getting the right ones. They gave me their honest opinion on colors and finishes. Installation was a breeze and highly recommend if you ever need your locks replaced! Very reasonably priced!

Went in with a froze lock that was 21 years old. He made the key before I even showed up, when it didn't work, they went the extra mile and cleaned the lock so I didn't have to buy new. 21 year old locks that aren't made anymore work PERFECTLY. Definitely going back for all my lock needs!
