I went in to get some duplicate keys, and winded up with the most gorgeous Swarovski crystal hearts and snow flakes for my grand daughter to make jewelry. You would never know it, but the back room is a treasure trove full of beautiful glass for doing different crafts, like stained glass and mobiles, and has a lot of how-to books and patterns too.

I needed 4 panes of glass cut. It took the glass worker on premises three minutes to cut I was driving away with the glass 10 minutes after I arrived. The store looks as if the owner has fallen away from his work too but the man who took care of us was pleasant and quick. Thank you.

Definitely recommend Dutchess Locksmith Service. Bill Barton, owner, recently assisted us with an installation issue. After closing his office for the day, he came over our house on way home and resolved the problem (quickly). We were very impressed with his customer service. He is a dedicated pro. Pat from Dutchess Locksmith came to my home to correct what turned out to be an improperly installed storm door lock, done by another person. He was on time and knowledgeable but more importantly he was able to quickly diagnose the problem & resolve it. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the lock in good working order. I was very happy with the level of service I received. He is clearly a professional and if I have other lock issues, I will most certainly be calling him again.

I recently moved to a new house, but did not get keys to all the doors. For improved security, I wanted to change all the locks and called around. Pat was the most responsible and he came to my place on time. He gave me a good suggestion that I should go to Home Depot and elsewhere and pick out the locks and then call him to replace all the locks and re-key them all to the same key. It took me about a week to find the new locks that I really liked. After buying the locks, I called Pat. He spend a good amount of time to change all the locks (about 10 locks) and make sure that the doors closes very smoothly. He moved the socket of the locks as needed so that the operations are very smooth. I am very happy with the work Pat has done. His price is also very reasonable. Thank you Pat for taking care of the work in my new house!
