Do not use KeyMe. This company does not resolve issues. My experience consisted of false advertisement (they can’t copy any car key), their machine stole my car key, I was forced to uber home, their customer service line stops at 5pm even though they’re open “24 hours” They are expecting me to pay for my uber there and back to receive the key that their faulty machine stole. Their customer service was horrible the next day. They did not apologize for their machine, and they did not attempt to rectify the situation. Do not use KeyMe. If their machine malfunctions they won’t pay for it. You will.

Service was quick, but it’s a bit of a bait and switch. $29 dollars +labor. But they don’t tell you labor is $89.00 or that there is a credit card fee. Ultimately your at the mercy of them but why can’t they just tell you over the phone the price. Because it’s $50-60 more then anyone else. I will call around if a lock out happens again.

Mike and his son were fantastic. Very knowledgeable. Professional. Friendly. We had a tough install that involved installing the strike plate into a concrete filled door frame and it turned out great. We'll definitely call them again for future needs.

I would not hire again. I was very disappointed as they have overall really great reviews. Two of the four doors they rekeyed no longer would lock after they completed service and one handle wasn't even fully recrewed. Turns out they had taken the lock apart and installed things backwards.
