Generally I prefer working with people to a machine, but it did the job fairly efficiently and reasonably straightforward/easy to use. Prices seemed a little on the high end considering a human doesn't even have to do anything, but the keys all 3 worked fine when later tested, and it was convenient.

Some of us remember that duplicating a key came with the stress that the duplicate may not work. The key guy would say to go home and "test it." Not with Minute Key. I know for certain that when I create duplicate keys on their super accurate kiosks that I don't have to test them to be sure they work.....they always do! Nice job designing the kiosks Minute Key. As an engineer I respect that attention to detail. They're all over, easy to use and relatively fast. Nice service!

Unhappy with the service and cost--paid over $200 for less than 1/2 hr. of the technician's time and my problem was not resolved. Would NOT recommend this business. Wish I had read other reviews before booking them, I see now that they have bad reviews for exactly what I experienced :((

Impressive service. I got a copy for my 2013 mazda3 (key only). I called the mazda dealer here in the Sacramento area and they told it was gonna cost me $400. I paid $85 with KeyMe. It took 5 minutes at the kiosk at Bed Bath & Beyond and then I got in the mail 3 days after. Very happy!
