Was told masks are optional at this store. Staff and customers alike feel they are above everyone else. Not sure what makes them so special but I walked out, leaving my purchase on the counter. No respect, no purchase. I have spent thousands in this store over the past 10 years. Taking my money elsewhere.

Terrible!!! Don't waste your time or money. You get the run around for hours, then they don't have the parts to help you. Then they tell you maybe tomorrow. NIGHTMARE Company. Not even sure this company is in the U.S.A. These people are no help!! Don't bother to call Key Me, should be called Screw Me Over.

Horrible cost 200+ just to unlock my door not even a deadbolt. Called a competitor that had a 1 day wait and it was only 50$. If it wasnt cold out on that day I would have waited instead of calling key me......don't do it they will RIP you off.ridicolous pricing and vague on purpose because they know they are ripping you off. If I could I'd give a 1/4 star that's how I feel not worthy of repeat business.
