They were very prompt, the tech totally knowledgeable on a safe problem! He got us into our non-working safe very fast and fixed it like it was brand new! also gave us great advice on keeping the dial combo system rather than try to sell us a new lock. totally appreciated the honesty and help he provided us. Thank you so much!! I would highly recommend this locksmith and I will be using them again for anything I may need!

I don't normally leave reviews decided to use this company after a quick google search. everything looked fine, good reviews and people seem to be happy with the service based on google reviews. The person they dispatched didn't seem to know what he was doing. basically he wasn't knowledgeable with what I wanted to do and wanted to do the minimum work for the highest price. The price he quoted me is at least 70% more than any other locksmith.

What an awesome place! A hidden gem! Simon was so helpful, and polite, and professional! Got me a new FOB, programmed it, and cut the spare key for a fraction of what a dealership wanted. I recommend City Lock to EVERYONE!!
