The only reason I gave one star because zero is not available. I called this guy and ask if he can make a true duplicate key for my motorcycle. He answered yes so i stopped by his kiosk. He wasn't there, had to call him and wait 15 minutes until he arrived. When he arrived he was on his cell phone talking Arabic. I showed him the key I wanted to make copies of and he said, it's OK he can make them. i wanted to advise him of the shape of the blank key that had extra length of ridge that had to be cut. He didn't listen and proceeded to make the cut. He was fiddling with it and asked me to try it. I looked at the key and it didn't look right and it didn't work. He said it's OK, it takes several passes on his machine to make it perfect. I had doubts already because I could tell the the key didn't resemble the original. He worked on the key some more and of course it didn't work. I complained that he ruined my blank key and he started yelling that it wasn't the right blank key and I didn't let him do his job. I told him what my name was and asked what was his. He was reluctant and mumbled something unintelligible. I repeatedly told him that he ruined my blank key and at one point he accused me of not giving him the right original and kept saying that the blank was not the right one and asked how much I paid for it but did not offer to compensate me for the loss. I asked him what kind of business man he was and told him he didn't belong in that neighborhood. He got more aggressive and belligerent, started cussing and swearing at me telling me to get out of there because he would call the police and do something to me. Then he took off. I haven't had such a bad experience with business or service people ever. He was disrespectful to an old man customer, foul mouthed and even threatening. He should not be allowed to service that community. Take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated well and want knowledgeable service. This guy is incompetent.

Moody is extremely professional and prompt and even met me on a Sunday. I had two key fobs made for our cars and saved double the price and time that a dealership would charge. I will most definitely call Moody again and highly recommend him. Very friendly and very knowledgeable too!

Elgabry was very knowledgeable and professional while also personable. In such short notice he came to my home to re-key the locks on Christmas eve and he did it in what it felt like was a matter of seconds and he had to re-key nine locks in different areas of the home. My family and I highly recommend. In fact, it was my mother who recommended him to me.
