This guy was suppose to show up at 4:00 pm yesterday. Was a no show, tells me he will be there between 7:00 and 7:30 pm. Doesn’t show up again after waiting for him until 8:30 pm. He only responded to me after I told him I found someone else. That text message came in at 9:15. He is clearly a liar and has no sense of time or cares about his customers! Do not use this company !!

DOOO NOT!!! USE THIS PLACE!!!! I was supposed to have a key fob replaced & he did not do that but he managed to completely ruin my door handle. AND THEY WILL NOT MEET ME TO FIX IT OR EVEN REIMBURSE ME FOR THE REPAIR!!!!! I was scheduled for 10am yesterday. Then it moved to 12. Then 215. Then 345. Then 45 minutes later. I finally saw him at 945 with no repair just a broke door handle & no return calls or text!!!!!

Locked myself out of my car at 3 am, this was the only company able and willing to have someone come out before 8 am. Which was awesome! It was a 45 minute commute for the gentleman, he was nice when arrived. But when it came time to pay he told me it would $260 which is outrageous, for a 30 second job. I can understand a minor up-charge for the hour and travels. But it would’ve just been cheaper to break a window, buy a new one and replace it myself.

I would not recommend this locksmith. On the initial visit, they were 3 hours late. The lock was installed; however, it was a remote access lock, which requires a smooth bolt action. The bolt would close, but it was not smooth. The locksmith told me that he had installed these types of locks and knew how to do it. I told him that I would handle the programming at a later date. I called the locksmith, informed him of the issue and scheduled a time to fix the lock. Day one - no show no call. Day two - no show no call. Texted him @ 7 PM for a follow up. Locksmith said he would come right now; however, I was not onsite. At that point, he become angry and started to give me a lecture on what I did wrong. Conversation was over. I will be hiring another locksmith to finish the job. There are several other locksmiths in the area.
