Call this locksmith for a lock out with key in my truck ignition. 1997 pick up with simple flip locks. I was quoted 59$ to unlock the truck with 29 of that being a trip charge and 30 labor. The tech shows up and says it’s going to be 100 total. I think I’m in the wrong business if all I have to do is buy a couple inflatable bags and a wire rod to make 79$ in 2 minutes. This is not only unethical is robbery. The tech was patient and kind however. This company is a joke though. I don’t mind paying fir a service, but I expect to be informed and treated fairly. To top it off, I refused to pay the 100 stating what I did above. The tech then contacted the office. A woman calls me back and says, ok it will be 75. I informed the tech that I would try to do it myself and if I couldn’t I would pay the 75. He again informed the office. The office calls me back again and this time it’s a man speaking. He asks about the situation and says, ok the lowest we can go is 80. Lol. I informed him of the 75$ quote by the previous woman and he backpedals saying, ok then that’s the lowest we can go. These people are cockroaches.

Called with keys locked in trunk. I was told that a tech. would message me shortly. After waiting a while I tried another company. They told me they would be there in 15 minutes and they were. This Minute Key company, which is suppose to be a large company, and multiple locations, being around 1:45 PM when I called finally sent me a text at 11:30 PM, about 10 hours later, saying a tech would be contacting me shortly... then about 2 minutes later they send me a second message and say sorry we will not be able to help you at this time!!!! Horrible company and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!
