Really bad one. I urgently needed to unlock the truck, because I lost my keys. I applied for this, and then the “specialist” called me. He was really unprofessional, rude and impatient. When I asked him to wait a sec while I was looking for my credit card, he sighed displeased and hung up.

The key is nice, looks sturdy, works. They had to deliver it because my key has a chip. The price was much lower than other places around me $59.99. (Home Depot $79, I think?). Only 4 star because my car kind of studders when I start with it, could be my car though.

My husband locked his keys in his van running. We were told 30-45 minutes and it took an hour and half for him to arrive. He was charged $380 to unlock his vehicle. The company did not take any other form of payment except for cash which we were not informed of when I called.. Nor were we informed of the cost. Very unprofessional and not worth the money for someone to be late.

While machine stated there should be no issues with the copied key. The key doesn’t work. Tried calling the listed number couple time to find no one answering.
