The best thing with minute Key is that it's convenient. The keys are made well. I like the fact they are in the big box stores. The only down fall is when it ask for making more than one key and get a discount, many times I do need more keys for the same rental and there is no way BUT to start the process over again and of course get charged full price for another key. The pricing is high. $4.00 for the least expensive key.

I got locked out of my house and called. I was told 45 minutes and it would be $75. after an hour I called back 3 times and no one picked up. On the the 4th try the phone was finally answered. When I asked if someone was still on the way they told me they did not send anyone and it would be another 30 minutes.
