Had some home keys copied, the automatic key cutting machine works very well. I would use it again.

The best thing with minute Key is that it's convenient. The keys are made well. I like the fact they are in the big box stores. The only down fall is when it ask for making more than one key and get a discount, many times I do need more keys for the same rental and there is no way BUT to start the process over again and of course get charged full price for another key. The pricing is high. $4.00 for the least expensive key.

Jesse is a one of a kind, old- school, self-built man. He values hardwork and great service. I am extremely pleased with the work he did for me.

The key shop is my go-to place for any lock re-keying or many other services they offer. Friendly and helpful, reasonable prices for great service.

Charged me for several hours of labor even though they didn't finish the job. After saying they would be back the following day to finish, I called in a friend who had the right tool and he got it done in less than 10 minutes. I'm sure this is a great local spot and probably a good supplier of locks, but too expensive for the inefficient workflow to have them pop my locks in the future. If there's a proper tool for the job, I shouldn't have to pay for a workaround. They should just have the right tool to get the job done.

I broke a motorcycle key in half. I took both pieces into the Key Shop after calling to make sure they had a blank for me. Cut the key on the spot, very friendly and VERY professional. The key works great
