I'd never used the Minute Key kiosk before but was very happy with the results. Even though one of the keys didn't work (my fault - I didn't have it fully inserted), the customer service team quickly gave me a code to have another one cut.

The best thing with minute Key is that it's convenient. The keys are made well. I like the fact they are in the big box stores. The only down fall is when it ask for making more than one key and get a discount, many times I do need more keys for the same rental and there is no way BUT to start the process over again and of course get charged full price for another key. The pricing is high. $4.00 for the least expensive key.

Got locked out of house with low phone battery. This was the second company we called. They forwarded us to another person. They wouldn't tell is a price over the phone but gave an estimate that didn't make sense. But we were desperate as my fiance is a T1D. They came and charged way extra than what it should cost but we had to agree to it by how long we had been waiting. It should not cost $275 to get let in to your house when the person says it is a basic lock. (Only the bottom was locked.) Yes we agreed to pay it and did but want others to be aware to call elsewhere!
