You used to go these small hardware stores and you would be greeted and someone was always there to help you out. I stopped by a few weeks ago and wasn't approached by anyone for help. I had to go the sales guy and asked if they had this particular cleaning agent. Instead of taking me to where the item was. He told where it was located and of course it wasn't there. Nothing more frustrating then not finding what your looking for and not getting help. Does anyone take pride in their job. Take ownership and be of help. I was better off going to Home Depot where your pretty much have to go on a scavenger hunt and then you have to run your own register.
