These people made me wait 5hrs in the heat waiting for them to respond then when the guy gets there he made only one type of my key and not the other saying he didn't have the equipment. Charged me $$$450 dollars for terrible service and rude people. Just being honest. Never been treated so poorly by people who expected to get paid.

Was quoted three different prices and was still then told that they could not cut the key for the price that I was told after waiting five hours .phone customer service is OK but service tech customer service very poor said would be there within 30 minutes and three hours later still no call from service tech The service tech would not answer phone when called For a estimated time on arrival I do not know if this was just this service tech or if our like this for this company but will not try to use this company again

I thought i was calling a local locksmith. They brokered the job out to someone in Lakeland and they got lost three time before they got here..... the price went to about 40 to 60 dollars to unlock a car to over 150.00 before it was done. They were here about 15 minutes....... I could have called a locksmith in Winter Haven and it would have cost 65.00 total..... so much for trying to use local..... I would not use them in the in the future. Called their office to complain and they just blew me off......

I should have read the reviews before requesting a service call, definitely not a local business. It looks like the commenters all received similar service. I was told when I called for service that the charge would be a $29 service call plus parts and labor (my key was locked in car). The technician called to say he would arrive in 30-40 mins, he showed up an hour after that time, popped the lock (no parts required)in 5 minutes and handed me a $191 bill. (This was after he commented on how nice my house/yard was- I felt sized up) He did say I could report it to my insurance and get some of the money back, this didn't make me feel better to also rip off the insurance company. The only reason. I gave this review 1 star is because he showed up.
