To even begin to describe the service I received is a difficult task. The English language only has so many ways in which I may communicate the disappointing and downright disrespectful service I received from Williams Expert Locksmith, but I will try nonetheless. Appalling would be the manner in which I would describe my service today. What began as a simple need to unlock my car door turned into a nearly 3 hour wait in the rain, jumping between calls between two technicians who continually repeated the phrase "20 more minutes." In addition to this embarrassment, I was told two different prices for the service. I was charged nearly 3 times what I was told over the phone for the unlocking of my car. And although the individual that provided the service was friendly enough, I couldn't help but feel ripped off. After a failed attempt to contact a member of management for the business afterwards for answers, William Expert Locksmith will not be receiving my business ever again, and I implore you consider the same. This was an appalling experience.

Such a king and very disappointing story so I’m just going to sup it up for the sake of everyone. My mom called William Expert Locksmith to get my vehicle unlocked because I was out of town. They told her they would be there in 30 mins and the price would be $85-$160 just to unlock the door with no key made. I called and asked why the steep price and such a big gap and the only answer I received was “That’s the going price for this time on goolge”. Given they were the only ones who answered i decided to bite the bullet and go with it. Long story short they show up 2 hours later and looked at the car and said it would be $150. We asked for a discount because of the 2 hour wait and they said that they were already giving us one by not charging the $30 service fee.....need I say more? I sent them packing and had everything resolved within the next hour spending half the money. I would not recommend nobody to Williams unless they were desperate and even than I’d warn yuh not to go and just wait.

Professional, respectful, and swift. My first time ever locking myself out of my car and Xavier got it open less then 10 minutes of arrival. Pricing was fair due to the time of night it was. High recommending his service to friends, family, and peers.

Apologizes for my user name, my daughter has taken over my google account 😅 Fast, friendly and up front about pricing- which in the locksmithing business is very rare. Same price as quoted over the phone and the car was unlocked within minutes. Thank you! ❤️

This company is so accurate on time and professionalism and when he wasnt comfortable with the job he immediately made a new key. I would recommend this company to anyone. I have had a great experience
