I called at 6:41. To summarize, It’s 8:50 now, my car is still locked, i’m late for work and waiting on a lyft. The people on the phone were nice but other than that it was a horrible experience.

Called on the run about taking the lock off my hitch because I misplaced the key. Came to the shop and Billy came out and promptly took the look off and attempted to re-key. Told him not to worry about it it as it would likely cost me more than a new lock. He agreed. Now, will he was working, I chatted him up and found him to be friendly. He even told me about his background - gosh I wish I was a locksmith. Anyhow, he is locked down town Winter Garden towards Dillard so getting in and out is easy. He runs a full service locksmith shop and even sells gun safes and accessories. I will continue to support his business so long as I receive this same stellar customer service and I no reason to believe otherwise. Stop in!
