I am in Bel Zaire and called on Monday about repairing a lock and latch in a sliding door at home. I was told someone could be at the house on Wednesday at 3 but not later. I left work early on Wednesday to get home by 3, called at 3.30 when no one showed, and was told that no one was coming out because the local office for my area was 70 miles away in Washington DC installing cameras. They said no one could some out until Friday. So, they clearly don’t respect people’s or keep commitments. I could have been called and stayed at work but I had to call them. Seems the size of the job means more than the commitment.

Anchor Management

The work was done the same day we called! Yeah. Rick did the work and he was wonderful. Called when he got to the property and explained the issue and what needed to be done. Fixed it and then called again to let us know the repair had been made. He even sent pictures when he was done. We are very satisfied with everyone at the company! Highly recommend them.

Leave alarm bar establishment is something that I truly don't have the foggiest idea how to do myself, and it's something that can truly make me distraught now and again. I wasn't prepared to start my procedure of introducing these without anyone else, so I chose to call you folks, and now everything is back all together. Much thanks to you so much, fellas.
