This business is listed as the pick up for Wish orders. Every time I come the door is locked. The hours of business are on the door. They must be keeping all of the orders. When I call the number on the door a bad tempered Arabic man answers and always says " Come tomorrow". This is a SCAM. I paid for my items but they will not give them to me.

I called asking if I could get a copy of the key. Guy on the phone talked with a foreign accent and proceeded to cuss me out after I tried to explain my problem because I was unsure if my key was able to be copied. Super unprofessional and honestly shocking to hear someone speak to me and say such horrible things after I reached out to them.

I called to ask a question because I was looking around for information and I didn’t know that most of the locksmith in this area are the same well the same guy from early Answered the phone and when I asked my question he’s like why are you calling again I already told you the answer to that and my response was this was a different number listed for a different business he was very rude and unprofessional I would never use this business because if they are rude on the phone it would be worse in person and I know this for a fact because I work in a Customer service industry
