The hours of this store are 11-7. On a thursday I went here and they were closed at 11:15am. I called the number on the sign, no answer. So I called a separate number on the door and they told me no one is at this location, and if I wait an hour the technician will be back. Unreal customer service. Lost my business for sure.

I tried the Keyme kiosk process at Menards here in Brookpark, Ohio and it worked out very well. The house keys that I had made took around 5 days and arrived in the mail, just as the email said they would. Thank you for help. I would highly recommend this service to others!

Needed a copy of a Mini Cooper key. My Dad was a locksmith and I have cut many keys, but never have I seen a machine as sophisticated as yours. I was so impressed that even though the blank was special, key was made and sent to my house in a few days, and worked perfectly. Glad I used your service first instead of being frustrated somewhere else that probably would not have the blank.
