I didn't come here for car keys or even a house key! I came here to pick up my Wish items that I ordered. DO NOT GET YOUR WISH ITEMS SENT HERE! MY ORDERS WERE FOR MY GRANDSONS BIRTHDAY AND SHAY BEN-SIMON TOLD ME IN FRONT OF TWO WITNESSES THAT HE WANTED ME TO GIVE HIM MONEY TO FIND MY ORDERS. I EVEN OFFERED TO HELP HIM LOOK WHICH I DID, BUT HE KEPT INSISTING THAT HE COULDN'T FIND THE OTHER 6 ITEMS AND SO I LEFT WITH ONLY 2 ITEMS OUT 8. SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED, HIS OTHER REVIEWS EXPOSE HIME FOR WHAT HE IS . CAVEAT EMPTOR- BUYER BEWARE

Most Shady business I have ever seen I accidentally sent him $80 the next day after I used his service, I called him right after that to let him know. He hang up then blocked my number. Use my husband phone to call him again the next day, he hang up and block our phone call. JUST BECAUSE HE WANTS $80 WHICH IS NOT HIS So be careful if you are thinking of asking this guy to your house or unlock your door. That guy is not an honest and trustworthy guy. His name is Shay Bensimon! I am reporting all this to Lock Smith HQ, just want to give a warning to you all.
