This is a kiosk and was out of order. I tried texting the number provided on the kiosk per the instructions but never received a response. The Rite Aid manager tried unplugging and replugging the machine but it was still not working properly.

This is very convenient, and the keys work fine. Quick and easy, price is good. The only drawback is that the available options for head shapes for the keys are much more limited than what is available at a typical key making or hardware store. That's a drawback because I like to have different head shapes to quickly distinguish the keys on my key chain.
