These guys are great to deal with I've used them multiple times since I opened my tire shop on 1st Avenue right by downtown Cedar Rapids just over two years ago. They're great on the phone, they offer multiple ways to get you out of the woods for whatever you need them for, and they're very professional as well. They were one of the first businesses I actually had to use when I first came here to open my business. I appreciate their professionalism and their efficiency...

I had misplaced ed my car keys for the first time in 63 years of driving. I looked for two weeks. I ordered a key at the kiosk at Menards. I found my keys right after that. so I emailed KeyMeto cancell the order and they did and my money was returned to m guy account promptly.I appreciate that very much. I will do business with you again and recomend KeyMe to others.

The basic key was really thin. Afraid to use it in the door because it might bend or snap.

Copied keys with one of the machines. It worked as expected. I was surprised the keys are light, maybe aluminum? The keys worked first time. I would like the choice of an aluminum key blank vs heavier metal in the machine. I may have missed it saying it was a light key, but would have chose differently. Still good.

House keys arrived earlier than expected and they were of great quality!

The kiosk didn’t stock the key blanks needed to duplicate my key, but they offered free shipping. Keys worked perfectly.

Pretty bad stuff. Took a long time to get my keys and the price is very high. The keys are very sharp and can do some damage.

Their replacement keys work better than the key being replaced. I had to jiggle the original key in it's lock. The new keys work without jiggling.
